Developers differ a lot — one tower or twenty, ten users or five hundred. We quote on your projects, users and the modules you switch on, so you never pay for what you do not use.
Can we start on Basic and move to Advanced?
Yes. Your data stays exactly where it is; Advanced modules simply unlock. Many developers start on Basic for sales and collections and upgrade when construction planning begins.
Is onboarding included?
Setup, data import from your sheets and team training are part of every rollout. We go live team by team, typically within a few weeks.
Do you offer a demo on our own data?
Yes. After a first call we can load one of your projects into a demo workspace so your team sees its own towers, flats and numbers.
Which AI models does it use?
You choose: Anthropic or OpenRouter, with a monthly budget cap and personal-data masking. Without an AI key every screen still works with rule-based answers.
